Terms & Conditions for Purchase of Services

New Path Medical & Aesthetics

These terms apply to all purchases of services, health screening packages, and treatment vouchers made through our online store, whether purchased for personal use or as a gift.

SCOPE & PER-PERSON USE

Each purchase is valid for one (1) person only and may not be shared or split between multiple individuals.

VALIDITY PERIOD

Purchases are valid for 3 calendar months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase or agreed upon in writing with New Path Medical & Aesthetics. The service must be booked and fully completed within this validity period. Purchases that are not utilised within this period will be forfeited without refund or extension.

NO REFUNDS

All service and health screening purchases are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made, regardless of whether an appointment has been booked or attended.

APPOINTMENT BOOKING

All appointments are subject to availability at New Path Medical & Aesthetics and, where applicable, Springleaf Medical Imaging (for ultrasound and/or X-ray services) and/or other partner clinics. Purchasing a service does not guarantee a specific appointment date or time slot.

RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS

Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. One (1) complimentary reschedule is permitted per purchase. Subsequent rescheduling requests, missed appointments, or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered utilised and no replacement appointment will be offered.

NON-TRANSFERABILITY & GIFT PURCHASES

Purchases are non-transferable except in the case of gift purchases, where the service may be redeemed by one (1) named recipient. The recipient must present valid proof of purchase at the time of their appointment. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring the gift recipient is made aware of and agrees to these terms and conditions, including the validity period, prior to redemption.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE

Purchased services cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or other services not specified in the original purchase.

ELIGIBILITY

All services are subject to a clinical assessment at the time of the appointment. New Path Medical & Aesthetics reserves the right to defer or decline a service if it is deemed clinically inappropriate for the individual at that time. In such cases, the clinic will work with the patient to reschedule or identify a suitable alternative where possible.

AMENDMENTS

New Path Medical & Aesthetics reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of these terms will always be available on our website.
