Do you ship worldwide?

We currently do not ship outside of Singapore.

How much are the delivery fees?

Delivery fees are SGD 5 for local deliveries. You get free delivery with a minimum spend of SGD 250.

We also offer self-collection at our clinic, which is free of charge!

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are shipped within 2 working days and typically arrive within 2–4 days from shipping.

If you need an item urgently, we can arrange same-day express courier delivery — additional charges apply based on live Grab rates.

Can I cancel my order or return my item(s) for a refund?

All products purchased are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. Please email us at contact@newpathclinics.com.sg with proof of defect or damage.

What are the accepted payment modes?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayNow, and ShopeePay.

I entered my delivery address wrongly. Can I still change it?

We can change your delivery address as long as your order has not yet been shipped — please let us know as soon as possible!

What does it mean if an item is 'Available on backorder'?

This means the product is temporarily out of stock, but we are expecting a restock from our supplier shortly. We will ship your order as soon as stock arrives.
