This policy outlines how New Path Medical & Aesthetics handles the delivery and shipping of products ordered through our online store, as well as our position on returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please read this carefully before placing your order.


SECTION 1 — DELIVERY & SHIPPING


SHIPPING DESTINATIONS


We currently ship within Singapore only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


DELIVERY FEES


A flat delivery fee of SGD 5 applies to all local orders. Delivery is complimentary for orders with a minimum spend of SGD 250.


SELF-COLLECTION


Self-collection is available at our clinic at no charge. Please reach out via WhatsApp or email to arrange a collection time before visiting.


PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMEFRAME


Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days of purchase. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days.


DELAYS DURING PEAK PERIODS


Delivery timelines may be affected during high-volume periods. During busy periods such as sales events and public holidays, our delivery partners may experience delays beyond their usual timeframes.


While we will do our best to follow up with our delivery partners on your behalf, please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery dates once a parcel has been dispatched. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these periods.


CHANGING YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS


If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We are able to update your address provided your order has not yet been dispatched.





SECTION 2 — RETURNS & REFUNDS


ALL SALES ARE FINAL


All products purchased from our online store are final sale. We do not accept returns and are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, except in the circumstances described below.


DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS


If you have received an item that is defective or damaged, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. To request an exchange, please email us at contact@newpathclinics.com.sg within 7 days of receiving your order with the following included:


- Your order number

- A description of the defect or damage

- Clear photographic or video evidence of the issue


We will review your request and respond within 3 working days. Approved exchanges will be dispatched once the defective item has been returned to us, or as otherwise agreed.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS


We are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
